Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled or quick oats
- ½ cup raisins
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 peeled bananas
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Ina bowl combine the oats, raisins, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Stir to mix
- In a seperate bowl mash the banana with a fork. Add the milk, egg and vanilla. Stir until well blended
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until fully combined
- Transfer the oatmeal mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish or bread pan
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Enjoy!
