Ingredients
- 4 cups rolled oats
- 6 meium bananas (about 2 cups when mashed)
- 1 cup peanut butter or sub for any nut or seed butter
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside
- In a large mixing bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients then gently fold in half of the chocolate chips
- Spread the batter evenly into the greased baking tray. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm in the center
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars
