Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of noodles of your choice
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 cup canned or frozen peas
  • Celery stalk chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme (optional)
  • 1 tsp. margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles until tender then drain and set aside
  2. In a frying pan melt 1 teaspoon of margarine or butter over medium heat
  3. Add chopped onion and celery to the pan and cook until tender
  4. Pour in a can of soup and milk stirring until well combined
  5. Stir in the tuna
  6. Add the drained noodels and peas to the pan mixing everything together thoroughly
  7. Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe pot, pan or dish
  8. Bake at 350° (180°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown
