Ingredients

• 1¾ cups of black beans rinsed and drained
• 1 red onion diced
• Roughly 1½ cups of cherry tomatoes diced
• 2 avacados diced
• Cilantro chopped
• Dressing Ingredients: Juice of line, Drizzle of olive oil, Salt

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a salad bowl
2. Mix, serve and enjoy!
