French Toast

Ingredients

• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp. of milk
• 2 slices of bread
• 1 tbsp. margarine or butter
• Syrup (optional)

Instructions

1. Add egg and milk into a bowl and mix well
2. Dip each side of the bread into the mixture
3. Melt margarine or butter in pan
4. Fry bread over low heat until golden brown on one side
5. Turn and brown on the other side
6. Serve with syrup (optional)
7. Enjoy!
