Ham & Cheese Omelet

  1. In a small nonstick pan melt butter or oil over medium-high heat. Whisk the eggs, water, salt and pepper. Add egg mixture to pan (mixture should set immediately at edges)
  2. As the eggs begin to set gently push the cooked edges toward the center allowing the uncooked portions to flow underneath. Once the eggs are mostly set, place slices of ham on one side of the omelet and sprinkle with cheese. Carefully fold the other side over the filling
  3. Slide the finished omelet onto a plate and serve
  4. Enjoy!
