Ingredients
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 large can of kidney beans
- 3 diced carrots
- 2 cups of chopped cabbage
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pour chicken broth into a pot
- Drain and rinse the kidney beans
- Add carrots and cabbage to the pot
- Cover the pot and simmer until the vegetables are tender (roughly 20 minutes)
- Stir in the kidney beans
- Add diced tomatoes and garlic powder to the pot
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Cover the pot and continue cooking for about 5 minutes
