Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1 cup of noodles of your choice
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 cup canned or frozen peas
- Celery stalk chopped
- 1/4 tsp. thyme (optional)
- 1 tsp. margarine or butter
Instructions
- Boil noodles until tender then drain and set aside
- In a frying pan melt 1 teaspoon of margarine or butter over medium heat
- Add chopped onion and celery to the pan and cook until tender
- Pour in a can of soup and milk stirring until well combined
- Stir in the tuna
- Add the drained noodels and peas to the pan mixing everything together thoroughly
- Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe pot, pan or dish
- Bake at 350° (180°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown
